This Privacy Policy describes how Gemstone Earth Treasures ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our iOS application. We designed the app to be a personal, offline-first experience — your collection stays with you.

Information We Collect

Gemstone Earth Treasures does not require you to create an account. All of your collection data — favorites, saved specimens, notes, and progress in the Academy — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or transmit this information to our servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, or phone number.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

The app may use Apple's standard anonymized crash reporting to help us identify and fix issues. You can opt out at any time through your iOS device settings under Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.

Children's Privacy

Gemstone Earth Treasures is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete your collection at any time by removing the app or resetting its data through iOS Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
